-if consisting of more than one material/ substance: classification according to the principles of rule 3

-most specific description to be preferred to headings providing for a more general description
-mixed/composite goods/sets put up for retail sale: two/ more headings to be regarded as equally specific
(b)
-mixtures/composite goods/sets for retail sale: as if they consisted of the material/component
which gives them the essential character
(c)
-under the heading that occurs last in numerical order among those which equally merit consideration

-under the heading appropriate to the goods to which they are most akin

-camera/musical instrument/gun/drawing instrument/necklace cases&similar containers:
to be classified with the articles when of a kind normally sold therewith
(b)
-packing materials/ containers: to be classified with the goods if they are of a kind normally
used for packing such goods
-not for materials clearly suitable for repetitive use
