IMPORT SYSTEM:
IMPORT SYSTEM CANNOT BE LOADED:
ERROR MESSAGE ON SCREEN 'INTERNET EXPLORER ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM" OR STAGNATING
ERROR MESSAGE 'THE CUSTOMS SYSTEM IS STARTING" :
1 Open only one Internet Explorer (if you open more than one Internet Explorer, you cannot achieve proper reset)
Select Tools/Internet options/Advance: Select Restore Advanced Settings: Select Reset, Select Reset: Select Close
Select OK
Open Internet Explorer again to check whether the problem has been solved
2 Deactivate Pop-Up Blocker (this will enable printing as well)
3 Select Internet Explorer Tools/Delete Browsing History/Delete Temporary Internet Files/OK
4 Select Start/Settings/Control Panel/Java plug-in/Cache/Clear Cache & Reset
5 Select Internet Explorer Tools/Manage Add-Ons.../Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer
(as per dropdown menu)
Tick circular box Enable
6 In Windows Vista Home Basic: Press Spacebar
7 Check whether Windows XP software is original: original software can be purchased through the Genuine Advantage link
8 In exceptional cases, re-installation of Windows XP may be considered
JAVA:
Use only Java 1.5.0.16 (remove any other version like 5 or 6)
PRINTING: CANNOT PRINT PROBLEM:
Go to Internet Explorer/Tools/Turn off Popup blocker
PRINTING: CALCULATIONS AREA IS HALF-PRINTED:
Select Landscape in Print/Preferences
PRINTING PREFERENCES:
